AccessVision provides coverage of government meetings for the municipalities which participate in the cable franchise. These include the cities of Battle Creek and Springfield, Emmett Township, Newton Township and Calhoun County.

Battle Creek
Battle Creek City Commission meetings air live at 7 pm on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Meetings are then replayed the following Wednesday at 9 am, and the following Sunday at 7:30 pm, and the following Tuesday at 7pm. Battle Creek planning meetings take place on the fourth Wednesday of the month, and are aired on AccessVision the following Thursday at 9 am and 9:30 pm, and the following Sunday at 9:30 pm.


Springfield
Springfield City Council meetings air live at 7:30 pm on the first and third Mondays of the month. Meetings are then replayed the following Tuesday at 9 am, and the following Mondays at 7:30 pm. Springfield planning meetings take place on the fourth Monday of the month, and are aired the following Tuesday after the commission meeting, the following Thursday at 7 pm, and the following Monday at 9 pm.

Emmett Township
Emmett Township commission meetings take place on the second Thursday of the month, and air the following Friday at 9 am and 9 pm, as well as the following Saturday at 3 pm. Emmett Township planning meetings occur on the third Wednesday of the month, and air on the following Friday at 9am and 9 pm, as well as the following Saturday at 3 pm.

Pennfield Township
Pennfield Township Council meetings occur on the second Tuesday of each month. Pennfield planning meetings usually take place on the first Monday of the month. Both meetings air on channel 12 on the following Thursdays at 9 am and 7 pm.

Calhoun County
Calhoun County commission meetings happen on the first and third Thursdays of the month, and air on AccessVision the following two Fridays at 4 pm, and the following two Mondays at 9 am.
